HypnoBirthing - Birth Preparation Course

HypnoBirthing Course consists in 5 sessions: one weekly session of 2.5 hours (day of the week to be confirmed). Group sessions are held in Portuguese. Price includes HypnoBirthing Book&Audio (Available in English or Spanish) and class handouts. Every mum can bring her birth companion to the classes with no extra cost. You´ll learn all you need to have a positive birth experience, whatever turn it takes.
